Our Office Participated in The Compilation of The IP Laws Manual

In November 2005, our professional attorneys participated in the compilation of the Manual of International Conventions on Intellectual Property Laws and Regulations, prepared by the Third Civil Court of the Guangxi High People's Court and published by Guangxi People's Publishing House. Jiang Zhipei, president of the Third Division of Civil Trial of the Supreme People's Court, gave a good appraisal in the preface. He suggested, in order to fulfill the requirements of joining the WTO, but also to meet the IP development tendency, China has revised IP laws and regulations such as trademarks, patents, copyrights, and introduced relevant judicial interpretations. The compilation of relevant laws, regulations, judicial interpretations and ravalent international conventions, including classifications of goods and services, is rarely published in China.This manual is of great benefit to trademark applicants and agents, relevant IP owners, IP administrative law enforcement, judicial personnel, especially for enterprises, to master the weapons IP law. It is an essential reference book concerned with the IPR creation, management, application and protection.
